What are your prices and specific products?

Please contact us with your information and your candy needs, and we will forward you a detailed price guide with all our best selling candy items and programs. In total, we offer over 800 products covering all categories of specialty candies.

How much candy do I need to buy on my first order?
A.
Our minimum opening order is $300. We strongly recommend, however, that you purchase one or more display merchandisers. This will help you create a small candy department in your store and increase sales significantly over just buying “items.”

Are the displays free?
A.
In most cases, we charge for displays, but we offset the cost 100% with free merchandise to ease the burden on you. All of our displays are high quality and built to last for years. We find that this arrangement works best for two reasons. First, you own the display forever. No one will ever come and repossess the display. Secondly, the cost of these high quality displays is not built into the price of the candy!

Are your products in stock?

We take a great deal of effort to ensure our products are in stock! On average, our in-stock fulfillment rate in dollars is 95%. Sometimes, there are forces beyond our control which force some items out of stock on a long-term basis. Our staff will be glad to inform you in those cases.

How fast do you ship?

In most cases, your order will ship within two business days from when you placed it.

Can I add to an order?
A.
Once an order has already been processed, you cannot add to the order. The additional merchandise will be treated as a new order.

What will the shipping costs be?

We have a competitive shipping program. We offer free shipping east of the Mississippi River for orders over $650, and free shipping west of the Mississippi River for orders over $1200. See our terms and conditions page for complete details.

What are The Warrell Corporation and Katharine Beecher Candies?
A.
The Warrell Corporation is our corporate name. When you call our office or submit an invoice, you will notice Warrell Corporation on many of the materials. Katharine Beecher Candies is another brand made, sold, and marketed by the Warrell Corporation. Some of the products such as butter mints and Sweet Nut’ns are available through Pennsylvania Dutch Candies. All three companies are currently physically located together in the same building in Camp Hill, PA.

Can I have credit at Pennsylvania Dutch Candies?

You are welcome to apply and get credit established at our company. There is a short credit application to fill out. It normally takes approximately two weeks to process. It is recommended for expediency that you use a credit card for the first order. Please keep in mind that the terms are Net 20 days from the date of invoice. Overdue accounts will not be shipped a second order if there is an account balance.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not store credit card numbers for security reasons. Please submit a credit card number every time you order.
Q.
Can I have my invoice shipped with my order?
A.
We send a packing slip only with your shipment. Your invoice typically arrives at your billing address on file a few days later. If you require a more immediate copy, please call our customer service department and an invoice can be emailed to you.

I am missing an item in my shipment. What should I do?
A.
Please make sure all packages have been opened and checked for contents. We pack many small items together into one larger carton to reduce your freight cost. Check the number of packages shipped versus the number you have received. If you still have a discrepancy, please call our customer service department immediately.

My shipment appears damaged. What should I do?
A.
Any damage issues or missing packages should be marked on the delivery receipt before signing. Our Customer Service department can assist you in filing a claim if the delivery receipt is appropriately marked.

What is inside delivery?
A.
Inside delivery refers to a delivery of product in which the product is taken off the truck and placed inside the establishment. Shipments from Pennsylvania Dutch Candies do not include inside delivery. If you require inside delivery, please talk to your sales representative when you place your order. An additional charge will apply.
