PAYMENT TERMS

Net 20 days from shipment date with approved credit
1.5% per month (18% per year) added for late payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted
No C.O.D. shipments

Shipments are not made on consignment. All sales are final. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Returns are accepted only with prior home office approval.

FREIGHT TERMS

All Shipments F.O.B. Camp Hill, PA 17011

NOTE: Inside delivery is not included. A charge will be assessed if required.

FREE FREIGHT ZONES

Exceptions: The following zip codes will be considered red zone ($1250 for free freight):

Ship destinations: 021-022, 024-026, 100-104, 110-119, 200-207, 233-234, 236, 239, 244, 278-279, 284-285, 294-295, 299, 313, 315, 606, 770

SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY – April 12th – October 15th

Small Shipment Orders (UPS or Fed-Ex), Generally orders under $700:

• If you are in the yellow freight zone and any of these items are on your order, we will automatically include appropriate coolers and adjust your cost by $10 per cooler. Your inside sales representatives & brokers will be able to help you maximize the heat sensitive products into the coolers to make it most cost effective.
• If you do not wish to utilize this service, please do not order heat sensitive items during these months.
• We will ship cooler orders Monday-Thursday only (Mon-Wed for 2-day shipping points), as otherwise we risk your product being in transit over the weekend.
• The cooler option will not be available to customers in the red or blue zones.

Large Shipment Orders (LTL), Generally orders over $700:

• The sales representative will advise the most economic way to ship your product.
